The Town of Shady Shores is seeking a part-time administrative assistant.
Job duties include: answering telephone calls, taking and relaying phone messages, assist the Town Administrator and other staff with special projects, filing, making copies scanning and other various general office tasks.
Qualified candidates should possess a high-school diploma or GED; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other office machines and equipment. Previous municipal or office experience is preferred. This a part time position for approximately 20 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualifications.
